We are excited to host the graduation of the Founder Institute Veteran and Southern California Accelerator! Join us to see an inspiring keynote from Kelly Perdew, a military veteran and venture capital investor at Moonshots Capital, and watch several founders from the new Founder Institute graduating cohort pitch their startups. Learn about the companies that will go on to raise funding and become the next generation of startup leaders. There will also be an opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs and investors after the presentations.
Graduation Keynote Address by Kelly Perdew, Cofounder of Moonshots Capital:
Kelly Perdew is a legendary leader in the military veteran startup community serving as a Cofounder and Managing Partner at Moonshots Capital, a VC firm that invests in startups with extraordinary leadership and world-changing ideas. Early in his career, Kelly won season two of "The Apprentice", and went on to build and sell several startups, which led to the creation of Moonshots Capital with his partner, Craig Cummings. Moonshots has invested in incredible veteran-led startups, such as ID.me, UStream.tv, Ghostdog, and Proteus Space. Kelly also served as Executive Board Member of Bunker Labs, a leading national non-profit serving veteran entrepreneurs, and is a proud father of twins.
